FREE 15-min consultation over the phone. We will discuss your health and wellness goals as well as my approach to nutrition and wellness counseling.

Individual session
In your first session, we will conduct a health evaluation, including a review of your health history as well as your diet and lifestyle habits. Based on this evaluation, we will develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to meet your specific health goals.
Subsequent sessions will support and measure your progress towards these goals. At this time, sessions are only available as virtual sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams (or telephone, if preferred).
Group class
We’d be happy to speak at your next event at a discounted rate. This service would be an ideal choice for larger group settings and is available virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or in person within the state of Texas.
